That's good to know, mind me asking which one's you take, the 400mg magnesium ones? Also is it vit B12 you take? I've wondered if some of my symptoms are due to B12 deficiency.So, I’ve been taking magnesium tablets for about 3 weeks... I also take vitemim b. I feel so much better and the magnesium is very good. Took a few weeks to get the timing of taking it right. It seriously helps sleep so I take it about 8pm . Can’t recommend it enough ! Less stress, less anxiety, just happier (b helps too )
Also now resigned to the fact that I can't drink alcohol, it has a huge impact on my physical and mental health and I only drink a couple of times a week.
