I want to buy @jhorr30 a pint (y)
To be honest I can't take any credit for this. Was all the work of my for a change fairly calm brother. The police were not in the slightest bit interested in speaking to the people in the video as fly tipping is a council matter, not a police matter in Scotland.
Just another one of the feckups of the SNP government at hollyrood.

It demonstrates a total lack of perspective, not to mention a fundamentally gormless approach to the substantive issues of the matter. I'm not sure what else you expect.

For certain farmers to remove their heads from 'the sand' (nice avatar by the way), and show the 'miscreants' that they can't tap dance over everyone else who enjoys the beauty and freedoms associated with living in the countryside.
The "substantive issues of the matter" are that anyone who wants to visit or live in the countryside can do so as long as they behave and treat everyone the way they expect to be treated themselves. If the van occupants in the video want to treat the land occupier like sh!t then they should accept that they'll be treated like sh!t in return. It's a form of 'social contract', quid pro quo, show that your not prepared to be a silent victim and make it clear to the protagonists that their actions will bring consequences.
Anything less and it’s taken as a tacit agreement that you accept you’re going to be victimised over and over again.

Not allowed to put electricals into any of our wheelie bins. Under the WEEE regs all electrical equipment should be kept separate from other waste streams & go for specialist recycling - hence the crossed out wheelie bin logo on electrical & electronic equipment.

Fair enough, but not allowed to fly tip either - surely the wheeliebin is the least wrong of the two?

So, essentially, you're promoting the idea that two wrongs somehow make a right?

That lawlessness is best fought by further lawlessness, justified by the notion that the absence of formal justice leaves an entitlement to execute summary justice of whatever form the victim of the initial crime sees fit?

Interesting.

Load tipped up along road, containing pallets, grass cuttings, garden waste, oh and 10 black bin liners full of "headless pheasants". Appears the local do as you likies have been playing their hunting games again especially as Council clear up guys said they have also picked up foxs and badgers recently
