Just enjoy the bitterns and bearded tits Panurus biarmicus , spin.
That old spice is really doing the trick!!!!!!!!thats just it....going into the weekend i was trying to get max done but didn't feel 100%.....then late night (had to be)....drink (had to)......but then had to be there for mum next morning.....tried to 'repair' myself sunday but then things got on top of me yesterday
mum is 90% better physically and a lot better mentally since i've taken over her medication....but it's been a long pull and inevitably i'm behind elsewhere
i make no secret i suffer from depression myself...i know a few of you do to.....if you don't it can be hard to comprehend.......my body just aches head to toe.....getting motivated is really hard....you say you are tired but really you just want to retreat to bed where the world can't get you.....then it becomes a viscous circle cos things get neglected and get worse
when i'm ok life is no problem but when get tired or off colour you go down hill rapidly......i'm also having to find extra effort to try and gradually put things on an easier footing for the future....finding that effort isn't easy
anyway....had to 'throw the towel in' on spraying off barley before we go....it's not a spraying morning here never mind combining ....got K organised......mum sorted......and off we go til friday...fingers crossed
I don't think he'll get as far as Yarmouth!!!!!Just enjoy the bitterns andbearded titsPanurus biarmicus , spin.

He will be fine, I told him to take his water wings Mrs Spin will just have to pull him back on board with the boat hook if he falls offI wonder how the real HMS @spincycle is getting on????
I haven't heard anything on Anglia news about any life boat crews being scrambled on to the broads to rescue any stricken ships.........perhaps he's still moored in potter hiegham because he can't get the rope untied!!!!
Perhaps...... He's packed his old spice and as we speak HMS @spincycle is moored up in a quiet corner of horning or ranworth broad and it's making waves!!!!!!He will be fine, I told him to take his water wings Mrs Spin will just have to pull him back on board with the boat hook if he falls off

he can,t be at potter heigham. i farm just down river at Thurne, No livestock out !!! they be all over the place if he was here.I've just been thumbing through the financial times and apparently we are about to have a Suez crisis MK2!!!!!
This time it's not in Egypt but in the heart land of broadband.
A boat has got wedged crossways under the bridge at potter hiegham and according to the FT it's causing huge price increases to all goods sold in the area and Lathams have reported that unless the situation improves very soon then there shelves will be empty of all the tat they sell!!!!!!!!
The incident happened earlier this week but the rescue is going to plan and the boat should be freed by tomorrow.
A report from the captain of the stricken vessel, a man in a dodgy grey t shirt with some odd emblem on the front said "it doesn't steer quite the same as the Nash and John Deere baler I usually pilot and the trouble started when I swerved to avoid what I thought was a sheep but was infact a swan"
