DIRECTIONS:
From Honiton take the A35 towards Axminster. Continue on A35 past Axminster and take the left at The Hunters Lodge Inn signposted towards Crewkerne on the B3165. To the Sale Signs will be posted from this point to Monkwood and the sale.

VIEWING:
On Friday 12th May between 10.00am to 4.00pm or on morning of the sale from 9.00am onwards.

VAT:
The main vendor is NOT VAT registered.

OUTSIDE ENTRIES:
Outside Entries are welcomed into the sale.

REFRESHMENTS:
Mobile Catering will be in attendance.

CLEARANCE:
All lots must be removed from the property by 2.00pm Monday 15th May 2017.

BUYERS PREMIUM:
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added plus VAT will be charged on all lots.

PAYMENT:
We are able to accept credit cards or debit cards as well as cash or cheque; however payments by credit card will incur an additional 2% charge.

PURCHASERS:

REGISTRATION:
Please ensure that you register on the morning of the sale at the sales office and obtain a bidding number.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
