We have reported it several times, seems to be a bit of a loophole as its domestic property

Is it mounted on an adjoining wall? Could you put a screen up on your side of the boundary to block it's vision of your property? Failing that then shoot the camera (y)

OT... My OH has a friend who's neighbour built an extension at the rear of their semidetached house but with a window facing directly on to their property, I would be boarding that fudger up as well!
