Not sure if there is much interest for this sort of thing but I happened across this YouTube video of a guy that made his own unit. The video is quite comprehensive and explains EDM very well I thought.

How did you come to find out about EDM?
Wire burning, spark eroding, die sinking, EDM or wire erosion all different names for the same unit.I heard of machines that would do this years ago. It was called spark erosion.
