Have you considered tar spraying and chip.
I had a yard done 6-8 years ago .
level and roll the base, spray liquid tar then spread clean chips (10 mm) roll again.
Its a very suitable surface for trucks turning .The chips seem to roll under the wheels.

That's because they can't have the drum rotating in the truck or else the lines get jumbled up and crossed over.

150mm compacted 0-75mm.covered with 50mm 804.well rolled.

I have a feeling it is £3 a rolling square metre, we have had our lonning done a few times, each time by same folk but I've forgotten TBH.
It looks dear for what it is.
