Does Farming On Line Still Exist?

Many years ago in the mists of time I signed up to Farming On Line, originally called FOL I think.

Before Gmail and other such bits of better tech they were ahead of the game and for years I have had an email address that I had used for BCMS and other business emails which prevented loads of Spam.
I received a couple of letters to say that emails to that address were no longer working and were rejected.
More annoying is that BCMS no longer works.

I tried to phone the number and it is never answered and have left a number of messages, worryingly when I call from my mobile it suggests the phone number is for "Shanks J and M", I have looked on Google but that does not seem to exist.
The website no longer has an email so it is impossible to send a message. It tells you to log in but because my email address is not recognised that is impossible as well.
They do have a Facebook page and have left a message on that but nothing happens.

I have paid a subscription which will be the last one and would like to get my cattle movements completed as I have a large number to do but BCMS will only email the one they have on file which of course isn't working.
It is bloody frustrating

I have tried phoning and left messages but no one answers.
I put a message on Facebook and the last time it used Twitter was May 20.
They do not have an email unless you log in to the website which needs your email to work which it isn't.

The whole set up is useless.

Interested in this as I run a farmline.com e-mail address for business. Just tried a few clicks on old Farming online emails received and no connection.
Last one received was 09/12/20 saying maintenance due ???
Not looking good

I did eventually make contact with someone but it was through Facebook.
Not sure what is going on as the phone number and leaving a message doesn't work.
The person who I had correspondence did help but I thought it was all a bit reluctant. I won't be renewing my subscription.
