What about part time, ie dog walking, only one person walking a few dogs, a few months of the year, sheep in the rest?

I would argue that would be incidental to the agricultural use and not require planning

We have 2x 1.5 acre pens that are deer fenced.
runs itself, we just cut the grass when needed, empty poo bin and make sure the bag dispensers are full.
£12 an hour or £6 for half an hour
They book and pay for a slot on the website and that sends them a code for the gate with there time and date.
To do it right cost a lot but it’s still better return off 3 acres than sheep

we have a decent location near lots of people but still a drive for them, you have a run a good social media campaign/website which can be costly and deal with dog trainers etc that want to hold classes or get discounts for training lessons, like everything it looks and sounds easier than it is
Also you have to deal with the general public, which sometimes ring up unable to read an email containing the gate code, or cannot work a padlock, or complain that the grass is to long/short, the list goes on

What tech do you use for the gate codes, is it all linked in automatically with website bookings?
