Thats more than enough for a useful output. I normally use 100mm (4 inch) pipe but the trick to power is to exclude air like on the self starting toilet cisterns. Put your 12 inch pipe into an IBC container and you have your own mini reservoir. From that you can run multiple 100mm pipes to automatically adjust output with flow. Take a look at the 2 and 4 pipe stream engines for ideas.Thinking about getting a Tesla wall battery anyway for Solar .. just that in Winter Solar sucks so was looking at small wind as an alternative .. but I believe that also sucks.
Looked last night I have one head at 8 metres with a 12 inch pipe probably 1/3 to 1/2 full in winter.
