Is there a ready made item for blocking gaps between steel wall cladding and concrete panels? Something like a prrshaped foam filler.

a careful squidge of spray foam could sort that, Use a gun not a single use can, much more controllable
mine has a big gap with a sloped flashing, Dont think its sealed though, my side sheets are perforated anyway to let drain drier air out

If the sheets are tight on the panel then a very small blob of foam up from outside in each of the box profile ridges?

Or some sand and cement on the top? The problem with packing between the timber perlin and panel wil be draught still coming up behind the timber in the profile ridges?
