Good diamond core drill, but don't try and push it through the reinforcing, it takes the teeth off and might yours if the slip clutch doesn't work quick enough.
When you get to the bars just cut them out with the oxy/acetylene and then carry on drilling.

I have to put a 100mn hole through a 100mm thick concrete panel. Is it difficult?
Just wondering what happens when I hit the reinforcing!

Diamond core and get plenty of them. We put 18 holes through 150mm thick panels for air tunnels (grain shed) and went through 9 diamond cores. We were 250mm diameter. Took a whole day 3 of us taking turns as it’s a rough job.

Luckily it's nothing like as bad as that!

Yep it was an afterthought so the panels were already in place so we couldn’t see the wires although the tunnels had to be evenly spaced so it wouldn’t of mattered anyway. I can honestly say it’s one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had to do.
