When I was having my treatment earlier this year I couldn't swallow anything so had to live off this kind of stuff put straight into my stomach through a plastic tube.
You can live off them alright but why anyone would choose to is a different matter and yes I think you can say they are a complete meal as far as they will keep you alive ok. Cousin had same thing and as far as I know he is still on those yakky Ensures months later.

Reminds me of the line from crocodile Dundee, Tastes like sh1t but you can live on it 😂…. ….although I suspect it’s full of flavourings so it probably tastes quite pleasant

Seems like a fair bit of agricultural produce in it? Or their perceived 'by products'.

1. Milk
2. OSR
3. Sunflowers
4. Oats
5. Corn
6. Rice
7. Strawberrys
8. Raspberries
9. Seaweed

Highly processed shite it may be, but it still contains a lot of farmed products, however their marketing is probably better than the average British farmers unprocessed food. Is it really the farmers problem how it food ends up to the end consumer? As long as the value makes it down the chain.

and there is the problem.
the value isnt making it down the chain to the farmer, nor is the any value being reflected in the processed food that the customer is ultimately paying for.
there is only one winner in this marketing strategy, and that is corporate business.
