Never heard of them quick google , its owned by Rosneft - Russian .

They are building it because Russia is the only nation with oil in any quantity for sale.
There will be a lot more of them appearing after this next election so everyone better get used to it.................thats what a windfall tax does to your national oil supply

Essar own Stanlow oil refinery and I thought it was Indian owned rather than Russian.
Local Essar station is miles lower price than most others around.

Our local one is Essar and as you say competitive on price
I tried google , Indian owned up to 2016 I think then Russian ( but it’s a bit confusing what’s on the net)

I remember listening to a radio 4 documentary last year, talking about the vast amounts of Russian oil that was now going to get refined in India and then ending up back in Europe, post Ukraine sanctions
