Essex, Chelmsford CM1. Wanted anywhere between 1 to 10 acres of farmland, Rent or Buy.

Just message me on here, I'm quite flexible with location and proximity to Chelmsford. Must be within 25mins from CM1 though.

I am looking for good land to work on as a hobby to test engineer some agricultural robotics open source products for use in UK and India. (Large, small and flying products). IF you are a landlord you won't mind this kind of stuff roaming around an adjacent field to yours and you'll see the value opportunity that can be had from a tenant who is skilled in this. ie labour reduction, machinery cost savings etc. Automation etc.

Hmm.. So...this has changed dramatically. I'm not in a rush to find this, the right farm will find me!! I'm a patient guy. Anyway...

I've added extra locations as finding this in Essex with a reasonable budget is most impossible.

Looking for 1-10 acres. Adjacent to larger farms. Ideally someone who wants to wind down over the next decade.
Adjacent to large farm(s) so I can add further fields in future. Looking for nice friendly neighbours.
With accommodation (nothing fancy/preferably not listed though),
Mains, preferably no public through walkways Due to random robots walking/flying around the farm.
Must be >8 miles away from any airports due to drone laws.
Potential for outbuildings/workshop/offices, is a must.
Preference for farm that will never have any scope for any large scale residential development.
Easy access. Especially for HGVs/large vehicles.
Grade 1 or 2 Arable only.
So basically I'm not after much!!! haha

Natural spring water included and I will bite your arm off....
Oh and when we exchange if you could arrange for a rainbow to show over the fields that would be great!!! in all seriousness though, I'm after a lot but... I'm patient and the right uk farm will find me.

Now... considering following Locations...
Essex, preference for near CM1 as per first post.
Kent, flexible.
East Anglia (High preference for anywhere near Peterborough)
East Midlands (High preference for Leicestershire, closer to southeast Leicester,ie A6, A47 the better)
South West, (Preference for Devon but not fussy on this one)

Closer to Essex the better pls, as most of my family is from there. But I have to be realistic now if im going freehold.
