On top of that 9 bill net is the approx 2-2.5 bill in Vat payments. So let's say 11.5 bill divide by 52 = 221,000,000 week.
Let's make this a point of principle - please post your evidence, because I think you have misunderstood the position.

That's why so few are rushing to support Boris Johnson.

Ok found it.

I think you will find vat is already included so you would be double accounting for it. The UK's net contribution for 16/17 is £8.1 billion on a gross contribution of £12.2 billion. (HoCL 2017)

So then we pay into EU
1/ Our subs. €20,409,300,000
2/ .3% of VAT take. €3,737,500,000
3/ 75% of Tarriffs collected. €3,199,900,000

Less Rebate to UK. € 6,083,600,000

Total € 21,409,300,000 or €411,717,307 week.

Now was Boris right or wrong ?

Well we paid in €21.4093 billion that's the actual amount as published by the EC. 2015.

Then they passed some back BPS etc etc.

If we came out as in a hard Brexit that's approx what UK would take back control of. No if's or buts.

But that assumes the economy would suffer zero set back as a result of Brexit, in which case current tax receipts would drop. Financial services moving out as a result of Brexit would certainly damage tax income.
As Paul Krugman noted the current free and frictionless trading of the SM and CU are of far more and real tangible benefit to the UK than fanciful dreams about new trade deals further afield.

Maybe maybe not.
But we want to take back control. Of Laws, Boarders, money, & most of all not to be forever bossed by Germany.

Ashtree, Do you not get that wish list ?
