Of course I know of it; you are running around and away from the point that you raised it.and did so with an obvious inference. It was an incorrect inference, I pointed that out, and you have been dissembling and dodging since. :)
Not at all, you have still got to show me how you manage to correlate 19th century navel power with the concept of a hypothetical European army.

Isn't that what you've been doing all along?
Warped factor time travel at that.
Since you can't tell the difference between future and historic general warnings that have come true, from warnings of what will probably come true and generally the consequences, and can't see the wood for the trees, I've concluded that you have nothing but bull to contribute.

Errrrr
It's you doing all the contributing.
And it all seems to be bull.
I'm just looking to see something substantial.

My dear chap, how come you are not keeping up with current events? Or is it that your are sticking your fingers in your ears and singing 'nah, nah nah, nah' as loud as you can in order to pretend that it's happening, all going to plan, this perfect 'oven ready' brexit with better trade deals than we had in the EU with no border issues and all?

It's the EU that will need to put the border in, we dont have to if we dont want to
That's a total cop-out of course. Each party has always known that there would have to be a border and earlier this year the UK conceded that it would have to be between N. Ireland and the rest of the UK, in order to avoid the otherwise inevitable border between N and The Republic of Ireland.
To say that it will be up to the Irish to put up the border is almost an act of war. It is a complete dereliction of the duty imposed as a consequence of the UK's action to leave the EU. This was known to be an almost insurmountable issue from way before the referendum but, as with everything else, it was ignored and/or denied by the idiotic brexit liars and charlatans.

The UK has made no real provision for border controls on any port yet, let alone Ireland. I don't even believe it has applied to export generally to the EU in the event of a no-deal, let alone made provision for estimating and paying individual EU import tariffs.

Was that the warnings from the imf et al that said the Tories spending cuts would send the uk in a recession, cause higher unemployment etc etc or the warnings from Cameron, osborne etc that a vote leave would result in immediate recession etc etc oops they didnt happen, no one knows what will happen by june next year it's just a guess,

If Boris and his bozos were not 'running the country' and deciding our future, we could have a really good laugh about it. If only it was some other country and people they were doing this to.

maybe Wales can break free and join the eu (y)
Can you just imagine the incandescent rage from @danllclan😂😂

The border between N.Ireland and the UK mainland seems to be going ahead as agreed as of this afternoon. Fujitsu have been awarded a £350million contract, paid for by the British taxpayer, to facilitate border paperwork.
From the BBC at the link above, hot off the press this afternoon….

However it does not remove all the looming difficulties for GB-NI trade.

For example agri-food products being imported from GB will have to go through an expensive certification process unless a special deal can be reached with the EU.

t is also still not clear what new processes or barriers could apply to Northern Ireland consumers buying goods online from GB suppliers.

Guidance on this 'non freight' trade will have to be provided in the next few months.

At the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December, Northern Ireland will continue to follow EU rules on agricultural and manufactured goods, while the rest of the UK will not.

Additionally, the whole of the UK will leave the EU's customs union but Northern Ireland will continue to enforce the EU's customs code at its ports.

It this which will mean new checks and processes for goods moving into Northern Ireland from other parts of the UK.

Following on from my previous post. Of course there has to be a border between mainland UK and Ireland and the only question was where to site it. As to those under some kind of delusion that the UK was not going to do this or was under no obligation to do so, this contract should make it a bit more obvious to them, although nothing seems to get through to a certain number of people who just cannot or will not see reality.
The stance taken by America and others, including the EU to the attempt to break a legally binding agreement signed with the EU only a few months ago has brought politicians back down to planet Earth with a severe jolt.

May as well just tear up the GFA and build a wall between NI and ROI. But no, they’re tearing up the Union and building a wall between NI and GB.
Didn’t Boris promise no additional paperwork to cross the Irish Sea?

But by now you should know that Boris Johnson has no fear of fibbing (lieing) at any opportunity that suits the moment. I suspect his estranged former wife and several female dalliances could have told the electorate that is his way.

The union ceased to be of the slightest interest or relevance to English Etonian nationalists, quite some time ago!
NI in particular, is utterly expendable. A financial and political black hole. Once in an electoral blue moon, it’s quite convenient for the Tories to use the NI unionists as a prop. The prop however is ruthlessly dispensed with as soon as the house arithmetic changes.
