Evoco 10 Wind Turbine

I think if it was me I would be trying for planning to re erect on this site and feeding into the same meter as of yore. I believe it would still be entitled to the old FIT

So we have PP for 2 x 200 Kw turbines but only got one erected and comissioned before the end of 2014 - are you suggesting that we could put the second one up
and piggy back onto the FIT of the first one ??

No you can only keep this one on the same FIT meter and Mpan as it was originally on. But you can play around with the site and put an extension on the feed

That was what we thought, just need to source a 2nd turbine for which will cover it's costs on the export alone, all the infrastructure is in place for another 900 kw. I doubt we can get the PP amended for the second turbine to be a re-furbished EWT but it could be worth a try as and when the climate change agenda really kicks off.
We did excavate for the base of the second turbine and have maintained that excavation with a marker in it ...

What does play around with the site and put an extension on the feed mean?
essentially I was replying to a question about placing a new turbine where there was an existing turbine collecting FIT. The existing turbine with FIT, does not stand in the way of extending production by erecting a second feeding into the same Mpan but it must not feed through the same FIT production meter. To do so would be fraud

Hello. I have a lot of Evoco spares that I would be willing to sell very cheap as we used to service these machines but no longer do. I have one working generator, and two balanced blade sets. Also full control systems, dump loads, fibreglass covers, inverters and loads of smaller spares. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

I have been an Evoko "carer" for a few years.
If you have questions I will try to help.

I also have a collection of new and used spares for sale (to a good home of course). Everything from whole heads, m&c units and even a ram pack.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
