EZ-guilds 250

I have a ez-guide 250 and am unable to get a gps signal. I can get a signal on my iPhone without any problem what could be the problem with the ez-guide

When was the last time it was used?

If its been a while it probably needs a software update to cope with Satellite changes. There is another thread on here about it.

If you've used it recently and it's suddenly stopped working it could be hardware, first thing to check are the connections to the antenna.
