There is potential there. Even if you were to emulate a lot of the very successful formats on the platform. As long as you have charisma, your content is engaging and entertaining you can grow a following on YouTube easily. Most of the time, to be productive and get content out, you require a small team by your side, people who are dedicated to filming, editing and uploading the content, alongside analysing monthly KPI’s from viewer’s metrics - how long a person watched for, where and when did they skip through the video, what ad revenue did you earn and where to place your add’s to maximise your revenue, perfecting your posting schedule, marketing the posts, managing all channels of social media, it’s the good old marketing funnel kinda stuff… unfortunately, it’s not just as simple as film yourself and put it on YouTube - I mean sometimes it can be - but otherwise it does end up being a full time job along side whatever else you are doing. If your dedicated and want to make a difference, have a clear vision and are willing to put yourself and your mission out there in the public domain, there is absolutely scope for you to explore the opportunities out there on YouTube for sure. Even in the motoring world, there has been a massive influx of just normal, everyday people starting successful careers through posting content in YouTube, it’s very possible with the correct plan to make good money for sure, it just takes a lot.

It Never ceases to amaze me how many ways a subject can be presented on You Tube from off the cuff shot on phone hardly edited to slickly edited Via No commentary just Video then presenting style entertaining , factual or knowledgeable and all places in between.
I Watch load of you tube content on all different subjects and am relived to say that non have the in vogue style of of TV these day with fake Drama , timelines and pauses to try and create tension that is a relief and a credit to the creators .

Its fair to say that Easy I assume it NOT when you get to the stage of "semi pro" you tube posters who most of us watch the pressure to find content, edit and upload must be immense then try to manage that media ( You tube ) where you have no control over the algorithm they use that controls your viewers and thus your income and that it is also changing all the time but you don't know in which way , and for that matter can you trust Goggle to fairly recompense you for your views they have had or at they tell you you it has have had !

As is alluded to by the OP above trying to juggle that lot an your regular job is some effort I have to say in this day and age when social media is causing so many issues with Mental health its refreshing that some creators show the good and the bad the fails and the wins that must help some people immensely when they see it not just them that stuff goes wrong for .
The temptation must be there to edit out those fails and to make them look better and stop the inevitable keyboard warriors having a go at the creator in the comments section .

Respect to them all it must be hard work, I appreciate everyone's effort for creating that stuff if I don't watch it someone else may and to those I watch I hope the fraction of penny You tube pay you for my watch adds up to being worthwhile for you .

Many Thanks

@Mucker4890 that “Will it start” was top shelf stuff👌
Definitely needs a follow up,”Will it move”
I dare say if you stuck a Grassmen sticker in the windscreen then it would probably push silage in all season 🤣
It was certainly a surprise as I honestly thought it would have had water in the cylinders after all that time.
Over the last year I've been considering just leaving it there 😂

I think he was meaning farmer phil, they just broadcast them onto the ploughing then harrowed over

Very commonly done, or they used to be done this way, never fancied combining them myself if left rough though.

I was once told that one should never plough in spring beans but never knew if it was an old wives tale or not, I guess the soil temperature would have something to do with it but then I've seen spring beans drilled deep with a claydon and they came no problem without fail. I'm sure the depth of sowing helped them in a dry season. Of course, not all soils are all that deep to begin with.
