Yes, there was no demand on payment, just I bought the story, item wasn’t too good too be true price,
As I deal definitely should have known better, and feel total prat telling you all,
But I often let items go out of yard, ‘with pay when you get home’, you must be able to trust people.
Believe me, I will get my money, as in a couple of years ago, I went banging on a tff members door, to retrieve goods or money, and that was a 300 mile round trip.

Yes, but then that makes me know better than them,
Also would probably get liable for deformation of character, in this weird and wonderful world in which we live !!
Forgive me being thick. The person exists? As in it's not some Nigerian pretending to be John smith? But he was advertising something he didn't own?

Saw it yesterday, tempted to phone, but probably same scam that I fell for last month, as in same area, but details are different,
Stupidly bought a small livestock trailer, spoke to person, all checked out, same story, clearing out FIL, paid by bacs , went to collect, nothing,
Yes I should have known better,
Terry ,log it with action fraud .police .uk they will log it , might or might not get you any where , but worth a try ,
i suppose a throwaway mobile can will be used ,for the number wonder how many will get scammed same ,
