...It's terrible.

Eagle has sorted the charlock but not touched the fat hen. Linseed about to flower. Assuming the sprayer sees the light of day again with all this rain, is there anything that will sort it? No answers from agronomist yet.

Many thanks

Maya- bromoxynil will kill fat hen. You are probably past cut off but.......
You won't need full rate either if the Fat hen isn't enormous.
MCPA will kill Fat hen but isn't approved anymore on Linseed.
i would do in evening when flowers were closed if i were to do anything. But you won't. as its after cut off.

This. I don’t have my resources to hand but if you look up the EAMU approval for Maya on the HSE pesticides database it will tell you the cut off timing. If the linseed is for @Premium Crops they have specialists who are much more up to speed with this kind of technical query. Give them a ring.

Premium Crops have applied for an MCPA EAMU for use on linseed, and it is being processed as we speak,

It'd be nice if the herbicides we use on linseed didn't stunt it so much.
Used jubilee and it really took the edge off growth. (Got a little square test patch looks a huge amount healthier)
And as for Maya, well the stuff has gone a very pale colour where I used that.

I think both products you mention are best applied at three quarter rate

Premium crops advise the use of Zn with SU herbs but when I did it I thought it may have safened iy on the crop but I felt it did the same on the weeds too....
