Yeah always be very strict on stuff like that. Same time every day and finish it all. It’s prob my nerves kicking in tonight that’s making me feel funny

Started antibiotic now. Had mix it up ourself. So little nervous incase it was done wrong and doesn’t work or I if I wasn’t able to take it straight after mixing it up

@will6910 , have you tried Propanol? Might be worth asking your doc if not. It’s helped a few people I know.

Mouths settle down few days after antibiotic finished. Least Christmas over now so be easier to see someone if it crops up again before next appointment. Farm things not great to be honest, but thanks for asking after me

No not really just usual farm activities. Tho they have been reducing

Sounds like a combination of things a you said you have ' Other ailments ' . You should have your stomach checked out to make sure you don't have anything like an Ulcer. Also do you have acid reflux ,you can tell this by it coming up towards your throat from your stomach. Most of these problems can be found by visiting your doctor,and most of them can be sorted out.
Best to get checked out,and get some opinion.

Was feeling fine all day but seems to be Sunday’s that upset my whole situations. Was fine all day till hour ago and feeling little sick again.lots people taking stomach bugs so my minds making me worry even tho not been in direct contact with anyone with a bug. More annoyed at myself for letting myself get panicky

Another night and another mild panic to myself. Been trying to get in touch with the last doctor I saw but he must still be off for Christmas. I think biggest issue these days is I’m missing the responsibilities of having more sheep and the jobs that involves and gives me a routine. Every January since I started sheep January been housing time, when they housed I feed twice day everyday, then busy lambing time and followed by enjoying a spring when it arrives and seeing All the hard work paid off hopefully. Been trying to keep myself a routine but it’s hard. I know it’s all very silly to most people but it’s how I am. Sorry for the late night nonsense again
