Hi All
Recently purchased a Fella 167 to cut a small field put new blades in it and set off today in 540 pto
Initially it seemed to cut although a little rough but then was only flattening grass maybe cutting very top
I've adjusted top link slightly forward which didnt really make much difference
Seemed like pto was right speed when off the deck but when lowered pto seemed slow
Thanks in advance
