Fendt vs Deere in efficiency?
Fendt vs Deere in efficiency?
Doing the same work?Fendt a lot more frugal by 7 litres per hour average over 2500 hours. Both tractors 240hp and on the same tyres.
Yep. Fendt replace the deere. Both had same driver and same equipment over the combined 5000 hours in the same fields etc. Both were the only tractor on the farm at the time so did every job from a 3m topper to a 6m drill.Doing the same work?
If you drive a Fendt, you get way more attention from the fairer sex. That's a fact. I like a John Deere as much as the next man but there is no denying there's a lot of hill-billy/kid-rock/Alabama-squirrel-chasing prejudice against anyone driving such a machine.
Whereas driving a Deere you get more attention from the less gentle sex?If you drive a Fendt, you get way more attention from the fairer sex. That's a fact. Well let’s be honest your no going to much attention driving a deutzWhereas driving a Deere you get more attention from the less gentle sex?
Why else do you buy a tractor? If you buy a brand of tractor, just to get the attention from women, then you're one desperate loser.
I reckon you must be quite effective with that stick? What about a Claas ……fighting them off with a stick hereView attachment 1023551
Aye, it does look real sexy.....What about a Claas ……fighting them off with a stick here
Make the neighbours jealous. Obviously. Why else do you buy a tractor?
Never a truer word spokenMake the neighbours jealous. Obviously.
Don't drive them anymore so I've no figures but Deere motors always seem to do very well in Profi's engine tests. In comparison to any other engine, Deere are like thirsty alcoholics at a free bar
Deutz engines set the standard for fuel efficiency for over a decade, one of the reasons why Fendt legitimately claimed to be the most frugal tractor you could buy (though the Deutz engine in a Deutz tractor with the zf sourced continuously variable gearbox was actually slightly better in certain scenarios).
With the introduction of the latest emissions regulations, the FPT engines developed for CNH now have a slight edge over Deutz efficiency
