Looking to adapt maybe an old Kuhn aero or horstine cascade to blow DAP from a front mounted position to a 9 leg rear mounted drill. Does anyone have any experience of this please?

You may be better off with an accord tank, fan and metering unit with a large bore pipe blowing into a distribution head on the drill. Single pipes for that run length could possibly run the risk of blocking and be tricky to unblock especially with the outlet restricting air flow if the coulter is buried in the ground.
