Ours work it on weight and from memory a 300 kg (dw) is £400, which seems good value as most of ours go otm so the kill charge is double. If we want beef burgers made, that's extra but otherwise that all packed and labeled.cutting up and packing beef is a different game altogether.

That is remarkably good value. Do you have abattoirs fighting for the trade round your way ?
