Funny how we both are in Aberdeenshire using a UK fuels card, yet my price for monday is 115.1 plus vat
have heard that will fuel cards , get a competitive price for a while then slowly increase your price until you stop using and then they drop , the ring will have numerous members o makes it more attractive , they also offer fuel cards from other suppliers so you could be using a couple of cards

What’s the deal with the machinery ring like a buyers group? Annual percentage fee
The machinery ring was mainly set up to offer services to farmers from other farmers contractors etc , either suppling only labour or machinery services . They branched out to supply most commodities lime , fert ,elec , seed all the usual . shares to buy in were about £150 plus a fee of around £150 ayear . On a tank fill of the truck i was charged 73p of commission ( i just looked it up ) . when i first joined about 5 years ago i was saving about £7 aton for my lime delivered home compared to the other traders , which was more than paying for joining fee and yearly sub . If you provide labour more commission to be paid but not sure how much . https://ringlinkscotland.co.uk/

Does anyone store white diesel in farm?
Considering buying a 2000l fuel station.
We have a derv tank, hadnt used it for about 3 years as there was no benefit between it and the pumps. Started using again now as the difference between bulk and pump here is around 20p. Its also a good job because you waste no time or fuel traveling to go and fill with fuel. Also it keeps you away from the sweetie counter.
