Does anyone have any recommendations?

not too expensive, would go to £500.

for smallish branches, brush etc.

preferably petrol driven with a bit of go about it

not interested in limp wristed electric B and Q townie spec machines.

thanks

You will struggle to find a petrol one for £500 ,,might have to ad to the budget

yes, I’m beginning to realise that now.

what would be the better brands to look for?

im kinda hoping I can find something big, reasonably priced second hand.
