Gatekeeper running very slowly.

I am finding Gatekeeper so slow to load and carry out tasks that it is almost unusable nowadays. Does anyone else have this problem? My agronomist runs it and he finds the same.

I also find synchronising of the programme very slow currently. I thought it may be just my computer. So perhaps not.

Likewise I assumed the problem was in the hardware, until I was with my agronomist and he said his system was the same. I practically have to go and make a cup of tea while the system wakes up, but everything else is running fine on that computer.

Yep. Is a discussion topic. I too thought it was me but seems everyone. Adding new products particularly painful.

I had an email the other day requesting we change details.
I treated it as spam, I don't respond to unsolicited emails requesting I supply details or money to an alternative source.
I'd not heard of Telus until that email.

Like Gatekeeper also gone, along I suppose with the Buisness manager programmes.
Inevitable I suppose as they have put minimal development into their programmes for far too long

Grew light grower, which I loved to because beekeeper gave me too much stress got sold to telus and there has been no updates since. It was starting to get in the right place.

I am moving to the new Omnia easy plan.

Will be interesting to hear how you get on Adam. But with GLG being all cloud based what happens when you move to all the historical data? Do you have to maintain subscription to access it? Previous records, and access to them will have to be maintained for defined legal periods after you move. Or am I incorrect in these thoughts?

I guess i will just download all the record reports. Probably take half an hour to get them all.
