It's high time it was illegal to have your dog off a lead on ground you do not own or have express permission from the landowner to let it off. Likewise failing to pick filth up should have the option of a fine or a swift steel toed boot to the reproductive regions. Male, female or other, young or old no excuses.
The recorded stat's for dog attacks mean a trail over ten miles long of killed sheep every year, not counting aborted lambs. Being employed by the council to cut grass and strim it I've found dog filth in school playgrounds, public parks, graveyards and even war memorials.
It's time for this abuse of the privilege of owning dogs when you have no where to exercise it to end.

The biggest thing is you shouldn’t be able to have a dog if you can’t train one. I have my dogs off the lead all of the time. They walk next to me if I ask them to and they don’t f*ck about unless instructed to. I just do not understand the idea of having an animal you cannot control. Surely it can’t be fun ?

The big problem is that a lot of people see a dog as a substitute baaaybeee!!!

Yeah, and most babies are trained about as well as most puppies.
I've got a friend who is a teacher in an inner city school and I can tell you now she's got a bigger set of balls than me. Knives, swearing at teachers, threatening staff with violence/being sued, bullying, racism and more are things she encounters daily. I bet there is a direct co-relationship with the decline of decent kids and the rise of badly behaved dogs.
