Could anyone recommend someone or a company that could provide the above mentioned? Impartially. Thanks.

Speak to Rob White at Evans and Pearce. He is not “impartial” as the company produce and sell products you may need. However he is a completely genuine and knowledgeable chap and I have had excellent service from Evans and Pearce.

Is there a system available with permanent probes that link to a smartphone? Or something similar?
I don't think you need to be that sophisticated unless you have no time or ability to climb the heap. But you can get 'manual' temperature probes for reasonable money. You don't need to check every day, and the heap will not change greatly unless you change it (or it was combined very hot).

single phase or 3 phase

google will also show up other companies controllers

my advice keep the system as simple as possible
1 fan with a temp sensor for air and grain

the main requirement is good ventilation of the store
door full open with 8 by 4 ply board wedges between sliding door
or if a roller door full width to keep vermin out

I have two 12inch drain pipes venting warm air out of one side of a sheltered shed works quite well
another with Yorkshire boarding is the quickest to cool

tin south facing walls can be very hot especially painted black pedistals need to be 1 meter closer to the wall

You can get fan controllers off Amazon, inkbird, that will turn small fans on and off according to temperature and humidity which are cheap and work faultlessly.
For temperature probes I've started using fridge thermometers off Amazon that cost a couple quid each, fixed to a thin garden cane to allow them to be pushed into the heap.
For big 3 phase fans I've also bought temperature and humidity, just recently bought a temp differential controller to add, controllers which turn the big fans on and off. It's a max of £100 plus sparkies time.
The original controller I had needed calibration each year at £150 a time, mine I calibrate myself with thermometers and hrgrometers.
You don't need to spend a fortune, just have some knowledge.

Robydome offer a couple of options. Sensibly priced and reliable. They do a phone based, pc based or handheld gadget.
Were running 2 systems across 4 stores. Very happy with it after 7 years.
