It was in Agricultural Matters but as JP1 says he had moved it to the Community Feedback section.

if you maked yourself as an Arable farmer, you wouldn't have received any of the alerts or any notices.
But I`m just a simple dairy farmer. Arable farming is far to complicated for me. All those big words for chemicals & I hate massive shiney machines . & just working 4 months of the year would do my head in. I would have to learn to shoot and ski to fill the time in ;)
