Health alerts from collars - good or bad experience?

I've been looking into connected collars for my herd and I'm seeing healths alerts being advertised by many companies. But is this actually useful?

Seem to get a lot of health alerts here
Some are sick cows others just eaten too much or not enough
I’m gonna have a sit down with collar providers and try and set them up better

Health alerts are hugely useful around block calving on a settled diet.

However turn cows out to grass and it can generate 3 or 4 false alerts a day to the extent we ignore it when grazing.

We have a grazing herd that have Boumatic collars on, started using the ones with the heath alert last year as opposed to straight heat collars. The health alerts are accurate, can't remember having a false alarm, wish they were on all the cows.

Yes very useful. We can pick up ketosis early and treat which can prevent DA’s etc. Mastitis picked up early before you can physically see it. Any infections etc. obviously treating all of these early lead to a better outcome for the cow (and us!). You do get false alerts but we take temp/ check over anything that comes up. You get to learn which are proper alerts.
