Finish a topper gives is more dependant on the correct flail type than make of topper.

Whale tails are better in thick brush

Any recommendations for a heavy duty flail topper?
I had a twyman 240 clipper but the rotor has bent and I want a new one.

Our Twyman is brilliant. Never missed a beat so if you can find one I’d stick with them. I think they were built in the U.K. prior to all the manufacturers buying from Italy and Poland and then painting their own colours.
