Heifer continuously bulling

I've got a bulling heifer who is bulling anywhere between 7 and 20 days all the time, she must have been bulling 6-8 times in the last couple of months

She's bulling again today

Now, I was thinking cystic however vet Has pd'd her and she's not cystic bulling really well and everything looks normal

Thoughts?

I'm going to put her with the bull today so I'm not chucking £30 of sexed semen down the drain. She is one of my favourite heifers typically so would like a daughter but want her to calve more.

Have had a few cows like that. A CIDR sync seems to stop them. May be different with a heifer.

That's my initial thoughts, see if she holds to the bull today and if not at the next fertility visit get the vet to whack a cidr in

It’s just her folicular waves. She should be fine.

I've had the odd cow that does similar. Some never get in calf, just bull constantly and the scanner can never find anything wrong. Another cow I have at the moment has always been PD'd or scanned in calf, but never seems to deliver the goods. Even when she is confirmed "in calf" she shows signs of bulling every couple of weeks.

Unusual thing I have noticed is these cows tend to lead the herd and show some unusual what I would call masculine behaviours, acting like a frustrated bull at times, but being perfectly friendly.

Messed up hormones?!

Get rid ,,messing about with cidr and vets keep sticking hand in them is just breeding cows with fertility problems ..I know there your favourites but sometimes you just got to give them the boot
