I wonder if anyone can help me?
We are thinking of selling our house (£475000), my old mum is selling hers (£450000) and eldest son putting in £100000+. The idea is to buy a small plot of land with three (or more) detached properties (Current holiday lets or whatever) With outbuildings and at least 3 or 4 acres. Ideally a CL caravan camping permission or similar to generate a bit of income. We have other income streams (work) so don’t need to live on the income. Area not important but Dorset westward proffered.
Google comes up with a few websites and I have looked at the property section here but where else can we look, specialist agents etc?
