We have Hemlock growing alongside a stream that runs through a young stock field. Any advice on its control. I think it is the roots that are most poisonous but I thought if I cut and remove the plant it is less likely that the calves will expose the roots? We have grazed the field previously but last year we lost a calf so we are trying to avoid a repeat
