Generally the seed, the better quality oil comes from hempseed.OOI, when you see "Hemp Oil" in a shop, is the oil produced from seeds, or the plant itself?

Looks like oil can come from both seed and whole plant!
The above suggests the haulm after oil extraction is good animal feed... I wonder if stock can eat the hemp plant itself? All that biomass....
The rest of the plant is great feedstock either for stock or renewable energy usage, not only nutritious but also very little input is required - they don't call it "weed" for no reason!
As with most things, the more inputs you put in to make it grow, the more diluted the product becomes. Down where I am is fairly well suited to growing it, as the daylength/climate is suitable (hemp flowers when the daylength is shorter than night length) and thus seed production is a few weeks after the equinox. Rain causes much mould, and thus loss.
