Just an idea i had as i know where their is going to be a supplyI fed oats early this year and end of last year I didn’t reckon much to them but probably the type of oats I had
They always look like they want tarting up a bit with somethingJust an idea i had as i know where their is going to be a supply
That’s exactly right what happens here they are lying on oats after a few daysWhichever you buy, make sure it is wide enough for your loader bucket, the Portequip one isn’t.
And the top isn't strong enough to stop it sagging and water sitting on the top.
And the baffles adjust crudely on little chains, meaning you have to climb in to adjust them. Then climb out again to fetch a hammer to move the baffle, because it is too flexible and allows feed to jam behind it.
But the red paint is pretty.
My experience of mixing pellets and oats is that the beggars will pick out the pellets and spit the oats on the floor.
£1000 on ebay, just search “hogg feeder” and its the first one that comes upWhat sort of money are them? I normaly find out the price and then make one when it’s dark on a night
