Would need to work on ploughed ground that may of been spring tined and on ground that has been expressed/pressed min tilled
KV tine drill is ideal for the above scenarios, also great for autumn worked ground and then go in direct in the spring with the drill.

A simple tine drill with no packer is the best in the wet anything with a packer is a waste of time
Packers and pretty much anything trailed are not what you want in the wet.

Mounted tine drill following harrow and if possible some wide tyres on the tractor.

No useless as said soil builds up around tyres lifts coulters up out of ground. We run a st for dry and a kv ts évo for when its wet but would buy a Megant if I bought another time drill for wet.
