How do you safely knock this down!?

Old lean to,safe enough to walk in but seen better days.

I want to cut the bolts from under with a replicating saw and then slide the sheets off from under.

The lads want to suit and mask up, spray it all with water then drop it in sections and pick it up and put straight in asbestos bin.

I’m nervous about smashing them up but appreciate they are heavy and it’s hard to work from under.

@grainboy this will be an easy one for you but others can answer too 😜

Surely the best option...

Take sheets off whole every time - quicker and safer.
Could you get at the bolt heads with a grinder, reaching from a man cage?

We did a similar job a few years back, worked out of the basket cutting the tops off the nails with angled bolt cutters and sliding sheets onto the basket then placing on a pallet before carefully loading into a skip, don’t break them and it reduces both health risks and mess.

Think the first idea is the best, cut from underneath and keep sheets whole. If you cut the heads of nails/fixings then you end up having to lift sheets over what's left

Easier to get to bolts with a grinder from the top tho, but if the OP is going to use a saw then might be better from bottom, either way better to keep sheets whole and lift off

Cordless Reciprocating saw from underneath on the nails then push nail head up, then sheets slide, made changing some light sheets a whole lot easier.
