It would be very helpful if the advertiser could delete them when sold, even after a time delay or something to give credit where credit is due to the forum for helping with the sale, which is presumably why sold items seem to stay up forever.

Please can someone help, How do you put sold on an advert you have placed on this site?

Under classifieds

My listings

Mark as sold

Simple as that.

Any problems PM me.
It isn't very straight forward. I've tried before. If you mark it sold it says sold via farming forum even if it isn't.

@Andyrob is the boss of classifieds.

Cheers for the tag!!

If it's on the classifieds you press the "mark as sold" button under "my listings"

If it's a post in general for sale just reply to the thread with a post that says "sold"

No need for moderator intervention but if you're still having trouble pm me @Andyrob and one of us will sort it for you

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
