I have decided to semi retire and would like to put the farm out to tenancy. Its a 250 acre organic farm dairy farm with 50 milkers and 70 heifers (under tb restriction). There is also a 3 bedroom s/d farm house. Located in West Wales. Whats is the process, who do I approach regarding contracts etc?

Job for the accountant first I would think , will probably be a bigger financial nightmare than already is after this gov have had their way on the tax rules especially if renting it out long term.

Land agent for letting and usually the tenancy agreement although you may also want your solicitor to look over the agreement.
Most solicitors have no.idea about FBT agreements unless you go to an agriculture specialist.
