I let my councillor know and the crew are there within the week.
We threaded some rope through with drain roads from one end of the culvert to the other, then attached a small disability scooter tyre to one end of the rope and pulled it through.
Bet the scooter wasn't much good after that!

Waited 2 years for council to clear my culvert. After field flooded i did it myself. Council gave me a reprimand. No other action.whilst it may be true, i need it doing this year! That said it’s worth’s phone call I suppose. Thanks

Certainly Bridges that carry a Highway are deemed part of the highway and maintanable at public expense the exception being Railway bridges.Road culverts belong to the council, ring them to clear it.
