Thanks that's a great shout as it's actually a MF (marston) trailer, I knew another company had taken on the marston rights but couldn't remember the name, unfortunately just tried to ring and they are closed, presumably for forseeable due to covid.

Few years ago I sourced one online from Ramko, paid approx £80 for delivery to South Wales, perfect job, but had to laugh when I realised it was made 20 mins up the road by Wye Cylinder Engineering in Hereford![emoji85]

I've ordered a new pair from hendry hydraulics, should be here thursday. Couldn't source an identical ram so had to go for a pair. 295 each plus 50 delivery

We used Hendry from the 80s very good rams you won’t go far wrong with them there are cheaper alternatives but the Hendry did have a thrust wear ring and cheaper ones don’t if there still the same all good, not a bad idea to chuck some old oil on the rod when rams extended every now and again
