No the first rule of a workshop addiction is never let any one talk you out of something you want. Was lusting after a couple of 5amp batts for my ryobi, then the youngest pointed out
that most times the gear is only used for short time, a couple of small batts will be
handier and cheaper
Have you got a link to them on eBay I can't find it now I know you put one on here when you got it.Fantastic.
One of those tools that has many more used than you ever thought.
So far I've not found anything that 25t won't shift or straighten.
Think I'll sh1t myself if it ever gets to 50t
This was the one I bought. Bit of self assembly but nothing too taxingHave you got a link to them on eBay I can't find it now I know you put one on here when you got it.
Me too from Drayton Welding and Tool in the big tool tentgot one of these two years ago from lamma ,........ was on offer
great tool
I came to the same conclusion. Proper industrial spec ones are £1k+ and wouldn't work any better for me.Thank you @Dave W just order one been thinking about it for to long looking for a big old one but they alway make lots or are the other end of the country.
beginners welding courseGot a birthday coming up and was asked if I wanted anything for the workshop !
Right ! A bigger pillar drill would be nice only the one I've got was bought as a present so would cause friction if I asked for another one.
A welder would be really useful to repair the thingsI breakwhich fall apart, but I can't weld.
A press is often needed but with no room to put it I can't justify it, similarly radius saw.
A bigger capacity cordless drill and grinder would save time but I'd need a whole new set of batteries and chargers.
So it looks like socks.

Tie wraps and bolts hold a lot together around here.If you can't weld you must not break much
