Ice bank tank blower water agitator

Our ice bank milk tank uses a carbon vane blower to agitate the water jacket
Has anyone come up with an alternative blower as I fear mine has died a death and is probably not repairable this time

We have a Fabdec ice bank and I was told a new blower unit is mega £££'s

I cant really see why as it looks like a fairly simple unit. I'm sure someone could make and supply new vanes.

The answer is the bubblers used on these aerated septic tanks/sewage treatments This is what our tank engineer used to replace ours

Carbon vanes are not the problem
I've been managing to get them (try Kristal d&d at Bromyard Herefordshire)
But I think the motor is beyond repair and can't get a new one to match up to the pump

would a small submersible pump do the job ? . Sure ive seen it done some where and they pretty cheap at places like toolstation and screwfix

Thanks for replies have just heard that the motor can be rewound
But I will be looking into an alternative before it breaks down again
That's my intention anyway
