Brother in law, who lives in the Surrey suberbs, has told us that the woman in the house next door has the virus. Her daughter's boyfriend had been staying there but has now gone elsewhere and her husband still goes out and about!

Whilst not condoning their behaviour, I wonder do they know that she definitely has the virus, ie has she been tested or is in hospital. There are lots of people who 'think' they have symptoms/the virus but unless they are tested have really no idea.
About 3 weeks ago our 4yo had a high temperature for a few days, we rang the doctor and were told it could be the virus and we had to self isolate for 2 weeks, her temp came down the next day and none of the rest of us has shown any symptoms, so without having been tested we are none the wiser.

Heard these suburb places are home to all sorts of depravity and nonsense that us country folks are too busy to be doing

Maybe it's not covid-19, but actually a sexually transmitted virus ?

It's actually the perfect time to be getting rid of bodies.....

....."yes officer, she's been complaining of feeling a bit hot and has had a cough for a couple of days"......

Hazmat suits sent in, body burnt, and no autopsy or testing is being carried out to protect key workers

You think I'm kidding?

I was told this by my neighbour who is a policeman with a grudge or three ?

I think it’s expected that idiots will keep spreading the virus anyway but the rate of spread will be manageably low thanks to the good folk who are doing their bit.
We can’t persuade people to stop killing themselves and others with booze or fags so it is hardly surprising some folk don’t respect the lockdown.
People are doing very well on the whole though. So credit where credit is due.
Inconsiderate arseholes will always be with us.

And potentially expose the police to the virus which they themselves will carry around, if they are at all interested in doing anything about it that is. Yeah, great thinking.
That will be the same police who are already controlling & arresting other offenders - some symptomatic - while wearing PPE as necessary. Do the math's, even at risk of one or two officers, it would mean many, many others in the general public not being exposed to the arseheads fooling around, and the benefit of the deterrent effect upon other s thinking of transgressing. Idiot.

It's the same locally. 2 dead on crotch rockets this weekend, but still they go out.
Just got back from a spin to the shops myself, could of done the ton+ on a couple of straights if I had a mind to but hey, rather make the journey last. However, there was also rather more traffic about than of late and not a cop in sight. I'm not at all convinced they were on an errand to Tesco.

And PPE is of course totally effective, so why do we keep hearing of NHS staff catching it?
