Does anyone have Insurance self employed for antibiotic milk failure as a sole trader herdsman
Are you the farmer or the herdsman.

I would have thought most self employed insurances should cover damage done through poor workmanship.

If your the farmer not sure your starting the relationship the right way.
If you had an employee they would not be liable and I think the same view should be passed onto a self employed herdsman.

I have an insured lkl herdsman but couldnt envisage claiming against him for an accident.

If your a self employed herdsman without an agency I dont think your self employed status would stand up to an hmrc investigation.

As a sole trader, he could have his fingers in numerous pie's, and therefore not have a problem with hmrc.

Actually hmrc are more understanding to self employed working on one farm now especially due to the current outbreak, I do work on different farms and I’m a self employed herdsman

I can get insurance but no one seems to want to cover for an accidental antibiotic milk failure unless you have a large policy covering a farm
